One of my clients called, “Crystal, my friend has their house listed with another realtor and unfortunately it’s not selling. We promise we told her to use you first, but would you be willing to help her now?”

Of course!

Toni and I had many long conversations about how we could make her home the most appealing possible online.

I also did a thorough analysis on the neighborhood and other factors to realized her original pricing was not in line with what buyers were paying.

To Toni’s credit she implemented all of my suggestions and we were soon sold.
